This Project is a newly built police station in Porthmadog, North Wales in which we are supplying controls for the whole heating system.

Kwok Foods, Grimsby

A small factory dedicated to the production of a range of ready made, oriental meals from Kwok foods. Smart Controls are supplying the controls for the air handling units in the main production areas.

Peter House, Manchester

Recently renovated, Peter House is situated in the centre of Manchester, offering new office and retail space. We have undertaken the controls for the main boiler plant, chilled water and fcu to 10 floors of the building which, is now close to completion.

Rolls Royce, Port of Liverpool CHP

A new generator plant, built to supply power to various Rolls Royce services and to the main power grid. We are supplying full controls for the boiler plant and air handling units.
